This course provides an overview of the digital health tools and initiatives that pharmacists and other health care professionals have at their disposal to integrate into their current workflow. It also discusses their applications in the delivery of health services in aged care.
The course highlights the benefits of using digital health tools when providing pharmacy-related medication management services to older Australians.
