This course outlines the completion of first stage data entry tasks as it applies to our participation in the My Health Record system. 

The course is intended for anyone who:

Undertakes request-level data entry, either as a member of the data entry team or Contact Centre or as part of their laboratory duties. 

Overview of My Health Record

The course is intended for anyone who:

• Interacts with patients and/or referrers
• Manages data entry of request forms and patient / referrer queries
• Acts in a scientific or clinical role and has access to My Health Record information through Ultra / PWL
