Completion requirements
My Health Record demonstration videos
My Health Record demonstration videos are available for each clinical information system (CIS).
For each CIS, there are two videos:
- How to Open My Health Record Documents
- Creating a Residential Care Transfer Summary or How to Upload a Residential Care Medication Chart.
To choose the video or videos you wish to view for each CIS, use the arrows located in the top left‑hand side of the screens. Then select the 'Play' icon.
The 'How to Open My Health Record Documents' videos include chapter markers to support easy navigation. While those videos are playing, you can navigate between chapters by selecting the 'Chapter' icon in the video player controls.

- GP Flyer – for aged care providers to provide to any GP’s that look after residents in an aged care facility to inform them of the facility’s registration and access to the My Health Record system
