Enrolment options

This course aims to provide pharmacists with:

  • a greater understanding of how medications are managed within Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs)
  • what the Electronic National Residential Medication Chart (eNRMC) is and it’s benefits
  • the role eNRMC’s play in assisting pharmacists to better manage medications when working with both patients and care providers within RACHs
  • considerations that pharmacists need to make when working with RACHs around the transition, implementation, and ongoing use of eNRMC conformant software.

The course is divided into three topics: 

  1. Medication management in Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) [15 minutes]
  2. Overview of eNRMC and its application in pharmacy [25 minutes]
  3. Implementation of eNRMC products into pharmacy workflow [15 minutes]

The course content and assessment (5 MCQs) should take approximately 60 minutes to complete.
